Stu's eBay Rant. What To Do?

This eBay user has ripped me off http://myworld.ebay.co.uk/gr-sweets/
I sold him an item for £11.06p he left good feedback, but then relised that it wasn't what I said it was.. i listed it as a mini display port adaptor to DVI, what i should have done was listed it as a mini DVI to DVI adaptor..

Anyhow. this guy disputes it on PayPal causing PayPal to hold the money, I read his dispute note that read as follows...

I ordered a Mini DisplayPort to DVI connector, but you sent me a Mini-DVI to DVI connector. Totally the wrong item! Your auction clearly listed a "Macbook mini display port to DVI adaptor"! I would like to return this item for a full refund, plus the cost to cover the return postage amount.

Stuart Grice granted David Morgan's request for a £11.06 GBP refund. This dispute will be closed once the refund is complete.

As you can see i refunded him and to this day I still haven't had the part back, I know it's only £11.06p but it's the pricipal of the issue! I have now emailed him 3 times and not heard anything back so I decide to email PayPal, this is what i got back...

how do I retaliate? this idiot is selling a laptop and a copy of windows... I feel like I want to do something about him but am powerless!
